Unknown offender(s) have gained access to a site by unknown means. 6 building plots have been entered and copper piping stolen. It is not known how the offender(s) entered the site. Kidnappers Lane, Cheltenham. Between 14:00hrs on 20/09/2025 and 08:00hrs on 22/09/2025. Incident 068 of 22/09/2025.
